Terms of Service
These Terms of Service describe the expectations for using PGuardian as a Discord community command center and workflow platform.
Use of PGuardian
PGuardian is provided as a Discord community management and dashboard service. You are responsible for using it in compliance with Discord policies, applicable laws, and your own community rules.
You should only configure PGuardian in servers where you have appropriate permission to manage bot behavior, moderation settings, tickets, logs, and dashboard access.
Acceptable Use
Do not use PGuardian for spam, harassment, abuse, platform manipulation, unauthorized surveillance, or any activity that violates Discord policies or applicable law.
Server owners and administrators are responsible for configuring moderation, logging, ticket, transcript, dashboard, and recovery features lawfully, fairly, and with appropriate notice to their communities.
Service Availability
We aim to provide a stable and useful service, but availability is not guaranteed. Features may change, pause, fail, or become unavailable because of maintenance, product changes, Discord API limitations, hosting provider issues, rate limits, permissions, outages, or other third-party service dependencies.
Responsible Administration
Server owners and admin teams are responsible for reviewing automated actions, configuring bot permissions carefully, and ensuring moderation workflows are appropriate for their community.
PGuardian may restore or recover some role and channel structures where supported and configured, but it cannot guarantee recovery of deleted message content, historical Discord-side data, unavailable channels, removed integrations, transcripts that were never generated, or actions blocked by Discord permissions or API limits.
Billing, Abuse, and Removal
Billing-related features, where available, depend on the active provider configuration and may be subject to provider terms, payment processing limits, and service availability.
We may restrict, suspend, or remove access to PGuardian for misuse, abuse, security risk, repeated policy violations, or use that threatens PGuardian, Discord, other users, or server communities.
