Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how PGuardian handles information used to provide Discord community management, moderation, analytics, tickets, and workflow features.
Information PGuardian Processes
PGuardian processes Discord server and guild identifiers, channel IDs, role IDs, user or member IDs, and server configuration selected by authorized server administrators when that information is needed to provide bot and dashboard features.
Depending on enabled features, PGuardian may process moderation logs, Guardian and Shield events, ticket data and transcripts, member-role snapshots for recovery and protection, invite and webhook cache data, dashboard OAuth/session-related data, and operational records used for abuse prevention and reliability.
PGuardian processes message content only when required for configured AutoMod, moderation, anti-raid, invite/link abuse, spam, scam, protection, template, or support workflows. Presence data is not requested or used.
How Information Is Used
Information is used to operate moderation and server protection features, enforce configured AutoMod rules, support anti-raid detection, recover role or channel state where supported, maintain logs, operate ticket workflows, provide dashboard settings and access control, and keep the service reliable.
Authorized server administrators may see configured logs, ticket transcripts, moderation records, dashboard summaries, or recovery data depending on the features and destinations they enable.
PGuardian does not sell personal data, does not use server data to build unrelated consumer profiles, and does not send marketing DMs. Discord API behavior and Discord-side data remain subject to Discord's own terms and policies.
Data Sharing and Service Providers
PGuardian runs on Discord and depends on Discord APIs to receive events and perform configured bot actions. Data may also be processed by hosting infrastructure such as Render where PGuardian is deployed.
PGuardian does not sell personal data. Data may be visible to Discord, hosting infrastructure, payment or OAuth providers when those features are used, and authorized server administrators according to each server's configuration.
Retention and Control
Retention varies by feature and server configuration. Configuration, member-role snapshots, protection data, and ticket state may be retained while the bot remains in a server or while a feature is active. Logs, transcripts, and dashboard records may persist until deleted by server administrators, removed through supported controls, or handled through a support request where feasible.
Server owners and authorized administrators can reduce future collection by disabling features, changing log or transcript destinations, deleting logs or transcripts where supported, removing the bot from a server, or contacting support for data-related questions or deletion requests.
Some data may remain in Discord channels, messages, backups, audit logs, or third-party systems outside PGuardian's direct control. PGuardian will assist with reasonable deletion or access requests through the support server when verification is possible.
